On 24th August 2021, the ASEAN Rubber Business Council (ARBC) had organized two meetings:  27^th Assembly of ARBC and 23^rd Economics & Statistics Committee (ESC) Meeting virtually via Google Meet platform in view of the current COVID-19 pandemic crisis impacting us globally. The meeting provided a platform for members to exchange views of common issues concerning rubber trade matters that have an impact on all members. Among the important matters discussed in the ARBC meetings were natural rubber (NR) statistics, prices, market outlook, international trade matters as well as the administrative matters of the organisation. The 27^th Assembly of ARBC was chaired by the Chairman of ARBC cum Chairman of Vietnam Rubber Association (VRA), Mr Tran Ngoc Thuan while the 23^rd ESC Meeting was chaired by Mr Teo Soon Huat from FRTAM.

The virtual meetings were attended by representatives from association members of ARBC such as Thai Rubber Association (TRA), Vietnam Rubber Association (VRA), Rubber Trade Association of Indonesia (GAPKINDO), Rubber Trade Association of Singapore (RTAS), Myanmar Rubber Producers & Planters Association (MRPPA) and Federation of the Rubber Trade Associations of Malaysia (FRTAM). MRE which is a unit under the Malaysian Rubber Board (MRB) is a permanent secretariat for ARBC.

In conjunction with the Malaysian Rubber Exchange (MRE) Annual Dinner 2019 that was held on 4th October 2019, the ASEAN Rubber Business Council (ARBC) had organized its 26th Meeting of the Technical Committee on Contract Matters (TCCM) at Hotel Istana Kuala Lumpur City Centre, Kuala Lumpur on 5th October 2019.

In conjunction with the Rubber Association of Indonesia (GAPKINDO) Annual Dinner that was held on 23rd August 2019, the ASEAN Rubber Business Council (ARBC) had organized two meetings: 22nd Economics & Statistics Committee (ESC) and Sharing of information on Sustainable Development of Natural Rubber (NR) at Marriott Hotel, Yogyakarta, Indonesia on 24th August 2019.

In conjunction with the Thai Rubber Association (TRA) Annual Dinner 2019 that was held on 3 May 2019, the ASEAN Rubber Business Council (ARBC) had organized two meetings:  25th Assembly of the ARBC and the 25th Meeting of the Technical Committee on Contract Matters (TCCM) at Centara Grand Central World, Bangkok, Thailand on 4 May 2019. Among matters deliberated in the both meetings were international rubber trade contracts, statistics of natural rubber (NR), matters pertaining to international rubber trade as well as the administrative matters of the council.

Hosted by TRA, the meeting was attended by representatives from association members of ARBC such as Thai Rubber Association (TRA), Rubber Association of Indonesia (GAPKINDO), Rubber Trade Association of Singapore (RTAS), Malaysian Rubber Exchange (MRE)/Federation of the Rubber Trade Association of Malaysia (FRTAM), Vietnam Rubber Association (VRA) and the Association for Rubber Development of Cambodia (ARDC). MRE which is a Unit under Malaysian Rubber Board (MRB) is a permanent secretariat for ARBC.
